Returning CDs
If you' need to return a purchase please contact a customer service representative, and we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund (less shipping costs). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted and must be returned via registered mail or courier ( signed for ).

To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that the product must be unopened ( seal must be intact ). All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by Apex Web Media within 30 days of the invoice date and must have the RMA number marked on the outside of the package. Apex Web Media reserves the right to re.fuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where the product has been opened or viewed.

we CANNOT accept returns without an RMA number so please contact us before sending products back. If you have any questions regarding RMA, please contact us using the details at the foot of this page.

Faulty products are always replaced at no cost to the customer, however Incorrectly ordered products may be subject to a 20% re stocking surcharge, and a credit can only be issued for the value of the product, shipping can not be refunded for products that have been incorrectly ordered.

Delivery of products USA - Canada
We endeavor to ship all orders the same day. For orders in the USA / Canada a cut off time of 1.00 EST is in effect, any orders received after this time will be processed the following working day, UPS is used where possible for Canada and the 50 main US states, for other regions associated with the USA but not attached to the main landmass USPS will be used, USPS will also be used when a PO Box is given for the delivery of products. All delivery times listed on this website are WORKING DAYS, weekends or public holidays are not included in shipping estimations.

Delivery to other regions - UK, Europe, Asia etc.
Orders shipped in UK / Europe are via Royal Mail, we aim to deliver items in the UK by the next working day, delivery periods in Europe are country dependant, more in-depth details for any region not mentioned is available by contacting us directly via email. Orders destine for regions in Asia / Australia are dispatched from Australia.

Non- Delivery of items - Order Shortages - Damaged Items
The buyer must inform us of non- delivery of goods / shortages / damaged items or incorrectly packed items within a 7 day period from date of order.

Charges and Currency
Customers in the USA – UK are charged in their local currency, customers in Europe and other regions pricing is in UK pounds with the exception of customers in Australia, New Zealand and other areas in the Pacific Basin where a conversion rate is carried out based on daily exchange rates between the Australian Dollar and the UK Pound, payment is taken in UK pounds. Under certain conditions some banks / credit card compaines may issue a small charge if payment is considered by them to be international, this charge should be taken up with your bank / credit card company since we have no control over your bank / credit card charges.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
